Our specialized team has over 65 years of experience; and are accomplished in meeting and event planning for domestic and international programs, interior design, visual merchandising, and image consulting. Each department head works closely with their production design team to achieve a class act for each and every client. We are consistent in providing personalized attention in all the planning stages of the program/project.

Eunice Quiroz

As Founder of front row center events, Eunice is devoted to managing and overseeing the daily operation of the company and ensures the company's standards for excellence in service, value, integrity and creativity are met for all our clients.
As a Certified Meeting Professional with an extensive background in the hospitality industry; her expertise include sales & marketing, public relations, catering and food & beverage management. Much of this knowledge was acquired with her years at the Ritz Carlton Hotels in California. She attended the University of California at Irvine to study Interior Design, and has worked as an interior designer on residential homes in the coastal area for a designer showroom. Her experience includes commercial and restaurant design, and set design for music video and movie sets.
For several years, Eunice continued as an interior designer with Sprintz Furniture Showroom in Nashville, TN. When the opportunity to travel worldwide as a Meeting & Event Planner for Vanderbilt University presented itself, she gladly took on the challenge of organizing scientific congresses of up to 5000 attendees. Later she joined a reputable destination management company as the Director of Creative Services, developing and executing many corporate and incentive meetings & events. This position also included coordinating showcases, concerts, galas, wine tastings, and special shows & events. Her involvement as an active member of Meeting Professionals International has played a key role in the community and travel industry.
What started as a hobby became her own line of custom jewelry - "Key Rose Designs". This endeavor lead her on the path as a personalized image consultant for performing artists. She realized how much she enjoyed the marketing and fashion industry and extended her talents into the areas of visual merchandising and image consulting for both corporate and individuals alike. As part of her visual merchandising skills, she specializes in window display and clever marketing techniques for small businesses, unique retail specialty stores, and boutiques in Tennessee, California and New Mexico. Using her creative strengths and personal drive, Eunice's establishment of front row center events now combines these specialized services nationwide and all under one roof.

Kathy Morris

Meeting & Event Planning

Kathy is a vital component to our meeting and event planning department, as she brings twenty years of invaluable experience. She dedicates herself to satisfying every clients' need and she has been strategic in developing customized meetings, corporate event programs, international symposiums and congresses worldwide. Her understanding of foreign relations is an asset to our international clients due to her vast experience managing and organizing meetings abroad. Kathy knows the In's and Out's of the business and is an expert in handling housing, registration and travel for both small or large groups. Kathy worked closely with event guest speakers and delegates (including world re-known public figures, and Nobel laureates), and also spearheaded all program materials, and abstract management. Her background excels in coordinating complete set-up for poster sessions with strong detail and commitment. She also has extensive knowledge of the complete systems & operational planning of VIP meeting luncheons/dinners, and opening/closing ceremony events. Kathy is committed to making each program and event a great success and a memorable one for everyone.

Leslie Simon

Leslie holds a Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Merchandising and Design with an emphasis on Visual Display and a Minor in Business Management. Her qualifications are vast as a Visual Merchandiser/Set decorator for several fine furniture showrooms in the Greater Nashville area. She has been responsible for all the merchandising, floor space planning, furniture placement, set design and overall visual presentation for all new and existing products in a 57,000 sq. ft showroom. Learning the latest trends in the industry and having attended several international furniture markets and working closely with the creative buying team, she has the ability to creatively construct sets used as a marketing tool for exceptional displays. She has an eye for capturing the ultimate effect. Her most recent achievement is participating in the Clarksville, Tennessee HGTV Extreme Makeover. Also, working in the clothing and fashion industry she carried out her talents as a store visual for a major department store. As a visual stylist, she worked with the executive marketing team of Harley-Davidson corporate in showcasing the company's new and exciting product line at their trade show held at the Opryland Hotel & Convention Center. Her achievements include, designing television commercial sets, CMT country music videos, InFocus Magazine, and home staging for builders such as Clayton Homes, and Keller-Williams Realty. She was also selected to be a part of a design team assigned for various projects at Gresham Smith & Partner's Engineering, Architects & Design Firm. Leslie has an artistic execution with an amazing positive energy, compassion and enthusiasm. Creating sets that do more than tell a story…they capture life! She loves to build relationships with people and cares passionately about this business thus having contributed her talents and skills to many community charity events, such as Habitat For Humanity, Community Theater and many others.

 

 

 

Memarie Gayle

Memarie Gayle is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with a concentration on health and wellness. She also brings a zest for fashion, knowledge of the music industry and a passion for 'first image' to our clients. Memarie spent several years clothing mannequins and designing wall and window displays for a fashion forward men's clothing store. There she learned how important a man's image is to his individual career ladder. Memarie is also a successful artist in the music industry, having two top 40 R & R charted songs on radio stations nation wide and a #1 Christian Country song. She has also contributed her fashion forward sensibility to many commercials and TV shows. Memarie focused her acquired skills as a certified "Style Coach" on many music videos where she fashioned herself and other cast members. With many years of experience shooting videos, opening shows for top name acts and performing for many charity events, she realized how important image is in the music industry. "The image an artist portrays can sometimes be the demise of a career or it can be a boost to the highest level of stardom". As an artist herself, it gives Memarie a unique insight on what the demands are to improve the artist image. We are happy to have her on our team!

Diane Shepherd

We are excited to have Diane, a degreed design professional and successful in both residential and commercial design. Providing both vision and direction as a designer in her own right; she is dedicated to overcoming any obstacle and sharing the joy of turning any dream into a spectacular reality. Bringing with her a great wealth of knowledge, expertise, and commitment to a design philosophy which creates a 'one of a kind' environment that will reflect each client's taste and personality. Her philosophy involves listening to the client's preferences and incorporating these ideas into the final design. Diane proves that, "good design is ultimately about the client and not the designer." With special care and professionalism, she strives to deliver client satisfaction every time by making it happen! With over twenty-five years in the design community, her background includes retail 'top of the line' design furniture, management, designer training, and working with some of the top designer professionals today. Diane also owned and successfully managed her own interior design business; which enables her to use her organizational skills, industry contacts, and attention to detail with each design project.

Rebecca Moreland

Rebecca holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Oklahoma. She has a passion for developing creative ways to reach out to clients and design unique marketing strategies. Last year, Rebecca launched a successful advertising and marketing campaign for a 50-year-old corporation that had never before used a marketing plan. The campaign included magazine advertisements, new logo design, new web site design and mailers to potential clients all around the city. Rebecca also works as a graphic designer, and has created ads, programs, business cards, and web site text and designs for numerous companies and clients. Also a writer, Rebecca contributed articles and writings for five editions of San Antonio Magazine, San Antonio's largest publication. Her work has appeared in San Antonio Magazine, and Today's Builder, a Texas Builder/Interior Design Magazine. Working for Nashville Music Guide as News Editor has contributed to an established involvement with the community and music industry. She is excited to build and create the marketing and advertising portion of FRC Events, helping it to grow to an international success.

 

 

Jennifer Roman

“Creation is my language”

Jennifer Roman was born into a family of generational artists. Interior Design and Art are a passion for this Nichols School of Art graduate. Jennifer’s interior design expresses the heart of the artist, always bringing her artistic style to the design. As part of her interior design, Jennifer is also a muralist. Her latest mural is for the Long Hunter Baptist Church Children’s Wing. She applies her creative eye for color and pattern into the designing of private residences. She doesn't allow technique, traditions, or regulations stifle her creativity. Jennifer also has a background as a professional makeup artist and utilizes her talents for photography and video. In her studio “Wind Down and Paint”, Jennifer teaches group paint instruction. Inspired by life around her, she is moved by humanity, freedom, individuality and truth. These traits can be seen throughout her work. Jennifer is actively involved with her volunteer work for various not-for-profit organizations in the community.


Carly Porter

Being brought up around the entertainment industry, and owner of her own Design business, Carly has always had an eye for style and creativity. Working side by side with her music industry veteran father, Carly has assisted musicians in enhancing their wardrobe, makeup and all around image. She also works with clients on a more spiritual level, helping them with any self-conscious areas they may have. This includes positive thinking and creativity, which no professional can do without! Carly believes first impression is key and specializes in creating a "personal brand". She strives to help every man and woman to find their signature style in a clever, enjoyable way.

Carly Jones

Carly is currently pursuing a BBA in Music Business at Belmont University. As Manager of Bongo After Hours Theatre in Nashville, she has produced events and musical/theater performances working directly with artists and artist management. Her duties included overseeing the box office, sound engineering, and lighting for all events and executing all in-house programs. Her experience entails scouting locations for music videos and photo shoots, including production assistant on photography for Alan Jackson's album, “Good Time”. Carly also interned for an Entertainment company planning corporate events and coordinating picks as extras for commercial taping and Whitney Duncan's short film. She has volunteered for International Bluegrass Music Association Festival and Bacchanalian Society of Nashville. We welcome the contributions that she offers to our company.
